Qualifications

• Experience in HR, preferably in a shared services environment.
• Experience with HRIS or HRIS/HCM systems, Workday preferred.
• Experience with case management tools such as ServiceNow.
• Fluency in English and German (written and spoken).
• Strong understanding of HR processes and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding and offboarding.
• Serve as primary point of contact for employee and manager inquiries across multiple channels.
• Handle HR cases end-to-end, including assessment, transactions, and escalation as needed.
• Process HR transactions via HR systems ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations across HR processes.
• Maintain and govern HR knowledge content and digital tools.
• Collaborate with HR, business and cross-functional teams to support processes and service delivery.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
• Provide guidance to junior team members as a process and systems expert.
• Maintain documentation and employee data within HR systems.
• Support global HR operations across multiple time zones.
