Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact, handling HR inquiries by phone and email.
• Advise employees and stakeholders on HR topics and systems usage.
• Administer HR processes and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with HR partners and other functions to improve services and processes.
• Maintain and expand knowledge bases to boost team efficiency.
