Job summary

Qualifications

• Several years’ experience in HR, Talent Acquisition operations, onboarding, recruiting coordination, or a similar process-driven role.
• Experience managing deadline-driven processes across multiple regions/time zones.
• Proficiency with HR systems (ATS, HRIS) and standard Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a confidential, professional approach.
• Experience handling sensitive candidate and employee data with compliance focus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end offer and pre-hire processes from acceptance through start date.
• Prepare, review, and issue offer documents, contracts, and addenda using templates and regional guidance.
• Coordinate background checks, work authorization, references, and other market-specific requirements.
• Serve as main contact for candidates post-offer, providing updates on pre-employment tasks.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HRBP, hiring managers, payroll, and regional HR teams to confirm offer details.
