• Experience in HR, Talent Acquisition operations, onboarding or recruiting coordination in a global context.
• Proven ability to manage deadline-driven processes with multiple collaborators across regions/time zones.
• Familiarity with HR systems (ATS/HRIS) and digital signature tools; proficiency in MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a professional, confidential approach.
• Commitment to data accuracy and compliance with privacy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage global offer activity from acceptance to start date and ensure timely completion of steps and approvals.
• Prepare, review, and issue offer documents, contracts, and addenda using approved templates and guidance.
• Coordinate and track pre-hire activities such as background checks, work authorization, and references.
• Serve as a primary contact for candidates post-offer, providing updates on pre-employment tasks.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and regional teams to confirm readiness.
• Maintain accurate data across HR systems and ensure records are audit-ready.
