Job summary

Aon is seeking an HR Specialist - Early Shift with French language skills to manage the end-to-end offer and pre-hire processes. You will coordinate documents, approvals, and onboarding tasks across regions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for candidates worldwide.

This hybrid role blends virtual work with time in the Kraków office, supporting global onboarding while collaborating with Talent Acquisition, HR Partners, and payroll to ensure a smooth candidate experience from offer to start date.

Qualifications

• Several years’ experience in HR or onboarding processes.
• Experience coordinating across multiple regions and time zones.
• Strong working knowledge of HR systems and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end offer and pre-hire process from offer to start date.
• Prepare and issue offer docs, contracts, and addenda using templates.
• Coordinate background checks, work authorizations, and references.
• Be primary contact for candidates post-offer with updates on tasks.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR, payroll, and regional teams to confirm readiness.
