• Prepare, review, and issue offer documents, contracts, and addenda.
• Track pre-hire activities like background checks and work authorization.
• Serve as a key contact for candidates post-offer with updates.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and payroll.
• Maintain accurate data across HR systems and ensure audit readiness.
• Identify delays or gaps and drive process standardization and improvement.
