Job summary

Qualifications

• Several years’ experience in HR, Talent Acquisition operations, onboarding, or similar process-driven roles.
• Experience coordinating global offer management or onboarding across regions and time zones.
• Strong data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end offer and pre-hire processes from acceptance to start date.
• Prepare and issue offer documentation, contracts, and addenda using templates.
• Coordinate pre-hire activities: background checks, work authorization, references.
• Serve as a point of contact for candidates post-offer with updates and guidance.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HRBP, payroll, and regional HR teams on details.
• Maintain data across ATS/HRIS and audit-ready records.
• Identify delays and process gaps, escalating or resolving as needed.
• Support global process standardization and onboarding improvements.
