Qualifications

• Several years' experience in HR, Talent Acquisition operations, onboarding, or recruiting coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage global offer activity from acceptance through start date.
• Prepare and issue offer documents, contracts, and addenda.
• Coordinate pre-hire activities such as background checks and work authorization.
• Serve as a main contact for candidates post-offer with updates on pre-employment steps.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and payroll to confirm offer details.
• Maintain data and documentation across HR systems and ensure audit-ready records.
• Identify delays or data discrepancies and resolve/escalate them.
• Support process standardization and improvement initiatives related to global offer management and onboarding.
