Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in HR, Talent Acquisition operations, onboarding or recruiting coordination.
• Experience with deadline-driven processes across regions/time zones.
• Proficiency with HR systems (ATS, HRIS, background screening) and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and data privacy awareness.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end offer and pre-hire process from acceptance to start date.
• Prepare, review, and issue offer docs and addenda using approved templates and regional guidance.
• Coordinate background checks, work authorization, references and other market-specific requirements.
• Maintain data across HR systems and ensure audit readiness.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR Partners, hiring managers and regional teams.
