Qualifications

• Several years’ experience in HR, Talent Acquisition operations, onboarding, or similar process-driven role.
• Proven ability to manage deadline-driven processes with multiple collaborators across regions/time zones.
• Experience with HR systems (ATS/HRIS) and data confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage offer activity globally from acceptance through start date, ensuring all steps are completed on time.
• Prepare, review, and issue offer documents, contracts, and addenda using templates and guidance.
• Coordinate pre-hire activities such as background checks, work authorization, references, and market-specific requirements.
• Serve as a primary contact for candidates post-offer, providing updates on pre-employment tasks.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and Payroll to confirm offer details.
• Maintain accurate data in HR systems and ensure audit-ready records.
• Identify delays or gaps and resolve or escalate as needed.
