Job summary

DEKRA Praca Sp. z o.o. in Poland is expanding its Global HR Transformation team from a new GBS Centre in Wroclaw. The role involves improving HR processes across SEMEA countries, collaborating with Global HR, Regional HR, HR IT, and local teams in a hybrid/remote setup.

You will analyze processes, drive standardization, and support HR projects including SAP SuccessFactors deployments within an international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, psychology, economics, information systems, or related field.
• 2-4 years in HR Operations, HR Projects, HR Shared Services or HR Process Improvement.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Fluent English and very good German.
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, or similar HR technologies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document HR operational processes across multiple countries.
• Support standardization and optimization of HR processes with local compliance.
• Participate in global HR transformation initiatives and deployment activities.
• Assist with workforce planning: headcount, structures, capacity, and future needs.
• Support HR budgeting, cost tracking, and workforce financial analysis.
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and executive presentations.
• Collaborate with Global HR, Regional HR, HR IT, and local HR teams.
• Coordinate HR tech deployments and continuous improvement.
