Job summary

DEKRA Praca is expanding its new GBS Centre in Wroclaw, Poland, and is seeking an HR Data Administrator to manage and maintain HR data across the organization in a hybrid/remote setup. You will handle complex data issues, support customers with their HR data needs, and act as an escalation point for the team.

You will also contribute to process improvements, system testing, and the development of HR Operations procedures, working with colleagues and stakeholders at different levels on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related;
• Up to 2 years of experience in HR administration for Junior role;
• 2-5 years of experience in HR administration for Specialist role;
• 5+ years of experience in HR administration for Senior role;Advanced Microsoft skills;
• Fluent Grman and English (written and spoken);
• Familiarity with HR Ops (Wiki or similar systems).

Responsibilities

• Maintain in-depth HR data knowledge and understanding of how customers use HR data.
• Serve as an escalation point for the team; Interact with various levels within the department for problem resolution.
• Resolution of complex/escalated data quality issues.
• Consult with customer to obtain a clear definition of their data requirements and follow-up to confirm their needs are met.
• Responsible for processing all personnel data changes for the organization accurately and in a timely fashion.
• Ensure overall data quality, integrity and consistency.
• Validate mass data changes prior to and coordination of the implementation.
• Fulfill data related policies and processes that are in compliance with data protection and registration regulations.
• Track / control issues and recommend corrective action; provide status report.
• Collaborate to update, simplify, or enhance processes and procedures.
• Involved in test plans for new systems or upgrades impacting HR Employee Experience.
• Functional leadership for colleagues, ensuring knowledge transfer and high quality.
• Provide input for HR Ops knowledge base (wiki or similar systems).
