Job summary

ABB Krakow is seeking a HR Operations professional to manage end-to-end HR services for a global or local geography. You will handle life cycle processes, maintain data accuracy in SAP/Workday, and deliver quality service within SLAs.

You will work in a hybrid model on a fixed-term maternity cover until April 2028, supporting the HR Operational Services in Krakow and collaborating with an international team. Strong English and German, plus SAP/Workday expertise, are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in HR Shared Services or related roles.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Experience with SAP/Workday and MS Office; knowledge of ServiceNow is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree; proactive, customer-focused attitude.
• Strong written and spoken communication; ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR Service support to employees and managers per defined SLAs.
• Process HR requests across the employee life cycle, including data entry in SAP/Workday and creating employment documents.
• Ensure up-to-date employee data and generate reports as needed.
• Communicate policies clearly to internal customers to drive adoption.
• Drive HR service improvements through feedback analysis and process optimization.
• Participate in projects to upgrade HR tools and systems.
