Job summary

DEKRA Praca Sp. z o.o. in Wroclaw, Poland, is looking for an HR Operations Analyst to join our Global HR Transformation team.

Hybrid/Remote setup, work with Global HR and regional teams to improve processes across SEMEA, analyze processes, support HR projects, and implement SAP SuccessFactors and other HR technologies. You will help build dashboards, assist with workforce planning and budgeting, and contribute to international HR initiatives in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Economics, Information Systems or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Projects, HR Shared Services or HR Process Improvement.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors/ServiceNow preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document HR operational processes across multiple countries.
• Support standardization and optimization of HR processes while ensuring compliance with local requirements.
• Participate in global HR transformation initiatives, supporting redesign and deployment activities.
• Assist with workforce planning by analysing structures, headcount data, and capacity.
• Support HR budgeting, cost tracking, and workforce-related financial analysis.
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and executive presentations.
• Collaborate with Global HR, Regional HR, HR IT, and local HR teams.
• Coordinate implementation and improvement of HR technologies (SAP SuccessFactors etc.).
• Track actions, risks, and milestones across HR initiatives.

Job Description

In this role, you will support the improvement and standardisation of HR processes across SEMEA countries, working closely with Global HR, Regional HR teams, HR IT, and local teams.

You will help analyse processes, identify improvement opportunities, support HR projects, and contribute to the successful use of digital HR solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field;
• 2-4 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Projects, HR Shared Services or HR Process Improvement;
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;
• Fluent English (written and spoken);
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, or similar HR technologies (preferrable).
