Job summary

DEKRA Praca Sp. z o.o. in Wroclaw is seeking an experienced HRIS/HR transformation lead to define and execute the global payroll and time management transformation. You will shape the roadmap and collaborate with Global HR, HR IT, local teams, payroll, vendors, and partners across regions.

This senior international role requires strong project management and stakeholder skills, with a focus on aligning solutions to the future HR operating model. Hybrid work in Wroclaw, Poland is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years managing global HRIS or HR transformation projects.
• Experience with multi-country Payroll/Time Management initiatives.
• Knowledge of payroll processes and HR systems; delivery models including outsourcing and tech.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR platforms.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with global teams and external partners.
• Excellent English communication.

Requirements

• Experience managing multi-country Payroll and/or Time Management initiatives;
• Understanding of payroll processes, HR systems, and different delivery models (outsourcing and technology solutions);
• Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR platforms;
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills;
• Experience working with global teams and external partners;
• Excellent communication skills in English;
• Experience managing payroll outsourcing programmes (preferred);
• Experience defining HR technology strategies or operating models (preferred);
• Certification PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum (preferred).
