Job summary

Demant Polska is seeking an HR Digitalisation Specialist to join the HR Digitalisation team in Poland, with exposure to global Talent & Performance initiatives. You will support recruitment, talent management and learning solutions, drive adoption of digital HR tools, and contribute to delivering outstanding experiences for candidates, employees and managers.

You will work in a hybrid model, collaborating with international stakeholders, and help standardise processes while improving data

Qualifications

• Have relevant experience from HR, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, HRIS, business analysis, process improvement, project coordination or a similar field
• Have worked with recruitment systems, talent management platforms, learning solutions or employee experience tools
• Have a strong interest in Recruitment, Talent Management and how digital solutions can improve candidate and employee experiences
• Enjoy analysing data, processes and user needs and turning them into practical recommendations and improvements
• Have strong communication and collaboration skills and enjoy working with international stakeholders across HR, IT and business functions
• Are organised, proactive and able to manage multiple activities while maintaining attention to detail and quality
• Are curious, proactive and eager to learn, with a willingness to take on new challenges and grow together with the team
• Are fluent in English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Support global recruitment, talent management and learning solutions by identifying improvement opportunities, analysing business needs, user feedback, system data and operational trends, and translating insights into user stories, process documentation, acceptance criteria and other project deliverables
• Support testing, user acceptance activities, training preparation, communication and go-live readiness for new solutions, enhancements and expansions of our solutions to new countries and business units
• Create and maintain documentation, user guides, training materials and knowledge content that support adoption of global HR solutions
• Help drive standardisation, data quality and process consistency across global Talent Management and Recruitment processes
