Job summary

Remote is hiring an HR AI and Automation Operations Lead to shape global employee processes within the EOR Operations vertical. You’ll design, automate, and govern end-to-end HR flows, connecting data across platforms to scale operations with accuracy and compliance.

You’ll partner with Operations, Product, Design, Engineering and IT to build low-code automation and AI solutions, driving efficiency for customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• Experience in automation, business process optimization, systems integration and the ability to translate operational pain points into automated and intelligent solutions in partnership with Product, Engineering, Design or IT teams.
• Strong ownership with ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment.
• Fluent English with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Automation Strategy & Ownership: inform improvements to HR experience, quality, and outcomes.
• Workflow Optimization & System Integration: map processes and architect end-to-end automated workflows.
• Low-Code Development & AI Implementation: prototype deploy automations and govern AI tools for compliance and UX.
• Data Analytics & Insights: build HR analytics dashboards and reports.
