GR8_TECH is seeking an experienced HR Operations lead to develop, manage, and optimize HR Administration across international locations. You will ensure accurate records, smooth HR processes, compliant payroll, and efficient global operations, while guiding a team of HR Admin specialists.

You will drive automation and process improvements, maintain policy alignment with local laws, and provide data-driven insights for executive decision-making in a remote-first culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR Administration / HR Operations.
• 2+ years leading a team of HR Admin specialists.
• Portfolio of HR Admin projects (regional hiring, automation, salary processes).
• Advanced HRIS and HR automation tools experience.
• Strong knowledge of labor law, migration regulations, and international contractor frameworks.
• Analytical mindset with large datasets for insights.
• Autonomy, accountability, and cross-functional project leadership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for executives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR Administration across locations and jurisdictions.
• Manage onboarding, promotions, transfers, offboarding, and relocations with proper documentation.
• Ensure accurate employee records and HRIS data integrity.
• Lead payroll accuracy, local compliance, and global HR best practices.
• Drive HR audits, compliance tasks, and required documentation.
• Develop and enforce HR policies aligned with laws and values.
• Supervise and develop HR Administration specialists.
• Lead HR projects like regional hiring launches and process automation.
• Analyze salary-related HR data and generate management reports.
