Job summary

Masabi is seeking a senior People Operations Generalist to own the end-to-end employee experience for a globally distributed workforce. You\'ll manage onboarding, lifecycle changes, payroll inputs, and HR systems, while partnering with the broader People team to deploy key programs and ensure compliance.

This remote-friendly role requires strong HR operations expertise, systems fluency, and a builder mindset to create scalable, people-centered solutions across markets.

Qualifications

• Broad HR Generalist experience across People Operations, HR Operations or similar remit.
• Solid employment law fundamentals and country-wide HR practice knowledge.
• Comfort with systems, spreadsheets and data to stay organized and support decisions.
• Ability to manage external providers (payroll, EOR, benefits) and hold them to SLAs.
• Builder mindset focused on scalable, long-term solutions.
• Hands-on approach with attention to detail while keeping big picture in view.

Responsibilities

• Own the running of People Operations across a globally distributed workforce, including onboarding, lifecycle changes, contracts, benefits and HR systems.
• Partner with the People team to deliver key programs such as performance reviews, engagement surveys, compensation cycles and probation tracking.
• Own Masabi's EOR and PEO relationships, ensuring compliance with employment laws and local norms.
• Build and improve processes, workflows, programs and self-service experiences to be clear and consistent.
• Maintain accurate people data in BambooHR and support reporting for visibility.
• Keep People Operations compliant, organized, and audit-ready across systems and records.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, People Partners and external providers to keep payroll inputs and onboarding running smoothly.
• Scale People Operations as Masabi grows, enhancing employee experience across lifecycle moments.
• Own documentation and knowledge management for the People team.
