Job summary

Remote is seeking a Specialist in Onboarding Operations within EOR Operations to enhance the onboarding experience for our clients' new employees worldwide. You will thrive in a collaborative, asynchronous, global environment and report to the Manager, Onboarding Operations.

You’ll collaborate with Mobility, Benefits, Lifecycle and Payroll teams to deliver a seamless, compliant onboarding journey, while driving automation improvements and maintaining accurate employee data in a secure, scalable

Qualifications

• Strong background in operations and people operations with contract experience.
• Proficiency in handling employment contracts and legally binding documents.
• Fast-paced, cross-functional collaboration in startups or high-growth environments.
• Excellent written and spoken English; ability to document clearly.
• Familiarity with Notion, Slack, Zendesk, Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding journey for new employees with emphasis on compliance and documentation.
• Own the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle and address employee queries.
• Collaborate with Mobility, Benefits, Lifecycle and Payroll teams for a smooth experience.
• Continuously improve the onboarding experience and anticipate evolving needs.
• Manage and maintain employee data with security and confidentiality.
• Support compliance initiatives through reporting and audits.
• Identify and champion automation opportunities to streamline onboarding.
