Job summary

UL Solutions is seeking a Data and AI Solutions Group Lead to guide globally distributed teams delivering AI and data products. You will translate strategic objectives into practical delivery, coach talent, and partner with Product and Engineering to set priorities and roadmaps.

The role emphasizes responsible AI practices, governance, and scalable engineering while enabling teams across regions to operate autonomously and deliver impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience leading and developing technical teams within Data, AI, ML, Analytics, or Software Engineering.
• Experience leading teams operating in Agile, Lean, or comparable delivery frameworks.
• Experience delivering Data and AI solutions in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team of AI specialists, data professionals, engineers, and scientists.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high‑trust culture focused on engagement, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to establish priorities, roadmaps, delivery objectives, and success metrics.
• Drive predictable and sustainable delivery through effective planning, prioritization, risk management, and execution practices.
• Monitor and improve team performance through delivery metrics, operational insights, and continuous improvement initiatives.
