Job summary

GR8_TECH is seeking an experienced Head of HR Administration to develop, manage, and optimize our HR Operations globally. You will oversee onboarding, payroll processing, policy development, and cross-functional projects while ensuring compliance with local laws across jurisdictions.

You will lead a team of HR Administration specialists, drive process automation, and deliver data-driven HR insights to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR Administration / HR Operations.
• 2+ years of proven experience managing a team of HR Administration specialists.
• Portfolio of successful HR Admin projects (e.g., regional hiring, automation, salary/payment transformation).
• Advanced user of HRIS and HR automation tools.
• Strong background in labor law, employment regulations, migration rules in international settings.
• Strong analytical mindset handling large datasets to derive insights.
• High autonomy, decision-making, and accountability for team results.
• Ability to lead complex cross-functional projects and drive change.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle across locations and jurisdictions.
• Ensure accurate payroll data, compliance with local laws, and timely payments.
• Lead the development and communication of HR policies aligned with company values and laws.
• Manage and mentor a team of HR Administration specialists with performance evaluations.
• Drive HR Admin projects, optimize processes, and implement automation initiatives.
• Analyze salary and HR data to generate management reports and insights.
