Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Economics or Finance.
• Masters degree in Business Administration or Business Analytics is preferred.
• HR certifications (PHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Perform HR processes following global directions, laws and country rules.
• Provide answers to HR queries from EMEA employees.
• Ensure accurate data updates in HR systems.
• Support employees, managers and HR in personnel administration.
• Handle transactions with high time and quality standards per SLAs.
• Collaborate with clients to improve HR processes and policies.
• Assist in identifying process improvements across the team.
• Support teammates with process knowledge and client service.
• Grow expertise across the WFA team.
