Job summary

GN Group is seeking a senior Manager, People Process, AI & Automation to align People & Culture priorities with data, processes, and technology. You will drive AI and automation across the employee lifecycle, shape governance, and collaborate with Workday and other enterprise HR platforms.

The role is based in Warsaw or Denmark, with hybrid flexibility and a focus on scalable, responsible AI adoption. You will lead strategic initiatives, build cases, and partner with global HR teams to deliver

Qualifications

Strong systems thinking across processes, data, tech and governance.
Experience shaping HR transformation and technology roadmaps.
Proven ability to translate strategy into concrete plans and deliverables.
Experience leading cross-functional transformation initiatives in a global setting.
Knowledge of data quality, privacy, and governance in AI-enabled HR.

Responsibilities

Shape the HR AI and automation roadmap with clear priorities across the employee lifecycle.
Build business cases, milestones, and resourcing for prioritized initiatives.
Drive end-to-end delivery of high-priority AI, automation and process transformation projects.
Advise on solution and vendor choices, balancing internal build vs best-of-breed tools.
Ensure governance, regulatory readiness, and data privacy in AI initiatives.
