Job summary

MGID Inc. is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Manager to lead global compensation and benefits policies and to align them with our strategic objectives.

You’ll benchmark market data, oversee salary structures, and work with HR and finance teams across regions to drive fair and competitive rewards. You will analyze large datasets, develop dashboards, and ensure governance and compliance while advancing incentive programs that motivate employees globally.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits, financial controlling, FP&A or similar analytical role.
• Experience supporting or designing compensation governance, including budget controls and promotions.
• Strong data-driven decision making with large datasets and clear reporting.
• Experience in market compensation benchmarking and translating data into actions.
• Experience in multi-country/international organizations handling compensation across markets.

Responsibilities

• Improve and manage global compensation and benefits policies to align with objectives and local regulations.
• Analyze market trends and benchmark to ensure competitive packages for employees.
• Use financial analysis to assess impact of programs on company performance.
• Monitor KPI trends and balance with revenue, expenses and margins.
• Provide guidance to HR on salary structures, bonuses, and incentives.
• Develop and monitor budgets for reward programmes and dashboards.
• Calculate variable pay, commissions, and bonuses accurately for departments.
