• 8+ years of direct compensation experience including total rewards, market intelligence and global strategy.
• Experience in pay equity analysis, compliance monitoring, and EU Pay Transparency initiatives.
• Proven leadership with managing compensation teams in international environments.
• Collaborative mindset with ability to influence across functions and senior leadership.
• Excellent analytical, project management and communication skills with handling of confidential data.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and governance of Total Rewards programs with focus on pay equity and EU Pay Transparency directives.
• Provide compensation subject matter expertise to stakeholders and advise senior leadership on best practices for total rewards.
• Oversee market intelligence and analytics to evaluate competitiveness and inform strategy.
• Lead process optimization using technology, automation, and analytics to enhance compensation operations and reporting.
• Build cross-functional relationships with HR, Finance, Legal and business partners to align programs with goals.
