Job summary

JDE is seeking a Compensation Specialist to join the Total Rewards team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role is ideal for a detail-oriented, analytical candidate aiming to grow expertise in Compensation & Benefits within a global organization.

You will support annual compensation processes, analyze data, and maintain related documentation while collaborating with HR and managers across regions. Strong Excel skills and fluent English are required.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of professional experience in HR, Compensation & Benefits, Finance, Analytics, or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large data and draw insights.
  • Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with data and reports.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy; ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication in a global environment.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of annual compensation processes, including salary review, bonus, and long-term incentive programs.
  • Prepare, validate, and analyze compensation data to ensure accuracy and timely execution of reward programs.
  • Maintain compensation-related documentation, reports, and communication materials for employees and managers.
  • Support the administration and continuous improvement of compensation processes and tools, including SuccessFactors.
  • Assist with job evaluation activities and data gathering to support consistent grading decisions.
  • Coordinate mobility and relocation activities, including communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare analyses, presentations, and reports to support Total Rewards projects and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with HR, managers, and global stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of reward-related initiatives.
  • Support ongoing Total Rewards and HR projects as required.
