This role sits within the growing Total Rewards Centre of Excellence and will provide analytical and operational support to the Global Compensation Senior Manager during a period of significant compensation redesign and harmonisation.
The Analyst will provide operational support across global reward activities, including maintaining BAU processes, conducting benchmarking and job evaluation, completing reward analysis and modelling, and supporting the annual merit and salary review cycle. The role also supports benchmark survey submissions, updates pay ranges, and assists with reward-related transformation projects as required.
This position requires strong analytical capability, attention to detail and the ability to translate data into commercially relevant insights.
Requirement to work primarily a EU / APAC timezones but flexibility can be provided.
