You will partner with Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure pay equity, incentives, and growth opportunities align with company strategy.

This role demands hands‑on building, strong analytics, and the ability to influence senior leaders in fast‑moving markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Compensation or Total Rewards.
• Own equity programs and stock‑based incentives.
• Proven track record building scalable compensation systems.
• Experience designing job architectures and leveling frameworks.
• Experience in fast-growing, ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve global compensation philosophy and policy.
• Design and refine job architecture, leveling, and bands.
• Own equity design, grants, and long‑term incentive programs.
• Manage annual compensation cycles and governance—end‑to‑end.
• Balance market competitiveness with internal equity and financial discipline.
