Job summary

Elemental Holding is seeking a Business Development Specialist (French speaking) to identify and develop international opportunities in catalytic converters, metals recycling, and related sectors. You will build relationships across European markets, prepare offers, and support negotiations.

Ideal candidates have a university degree and experience in sales or international trade, with fluent English and French.

Qualifications

University degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering, Economics, International Trade, or a related field.
Fluent in English and French.
Initial experience in sales, business development or international trade.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new international business opportunities in recycling and related industries.
Acquire and maintain relationships with customers and partners across European markets.
Conduct meetings, prepare commercial offers, and participate in contract negotiations.
Develop existing accounts and prospect new clients.
Analyze customer needs and support viable solutions.
Coordinate transactions with operations, logistics, finance, and technical teams.
Monitor shipments and support quality verification processes.
Oversee transactions from commercial, financial and contractual perspectives.
Represent the company during customer visits, events, and international trips.
Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities.
