Job summary

Elemental Group is seeking a Business Development Specialist (French speaking) to identify and develop international opportunities in recycling and related industries. You will cultivate relationships with European customers and partners, lead sales meetings, prepare commercial offers, and negotiate contracts.

You will develop existing accounts, prospect new clients, and coordinate with operations, logistics, and finance. Travel internationally is expected to expand markets and close deals.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, International Trade, or a related field.
• Fluency in English and French is required.
• Experience in sales, business development, or international trade is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new international business opportunities across European markets.
• Acquire and maintain long-term relationships with customers and partners.
• Conduct sales meetings, prepare offers, and participate in negotiations.
