Job summary

Elemental Group in Poland seeks a Business Development Specialist (Italian speaking) to identify and develop new international opportunities across recycling and related sectors. You will acquire and nurture relationships with European partners, prepare offers, and participate in negotiations, supported by cross-functional teams.

The role offers remote work from anywhere in the world, uncapped commissions, and exposure to global markets as you help expand our international presence.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, International Trade or related field.
• Fluency in English and Italian is required.
• Experience in sales, business development, or international trade is preferred.
• Interest in industrial, technical and commercial markets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new international business opportunities within recycling and related industries.
• Acquire, develop and maintain long-term relationships with European customers and partners.
• Conduct sales meetings, prepare offers and participate in contract negotiations.
• Develop existing accounts and prospect new clients.
• Analyze customer needs and support viable technical/commercial solutions.
• Coordinate transactions with operations, logistics, finance and technical teams.
• Monitor shipments and assist in quality verification processes.
• Oversee transactions from commercial, financial and contractual perspectives.
• Represent the company at customer visits, industry events and trade fairs.
• Monitor market trends and contribute to growth initiatives.
