Job summary

Elemental Holding is seeking a Business Development Specialist (German speaking) to identify and develop international opportunities across recycling and related industries. You will build long-term relationships with European customers and partners, prepare commercial offers, and participate in negotiations.

You will travel internationally, work with cross-functional teams, and benefit from an uncapped commission structure while joining a Poland-founded, global capital group.

Qualifications

• Requires a university degree in a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, business development or international trade.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop international business opportunities within recycling and related sectors.
• Acquire, develop and maintain long-term relationships with European customers and partners.
• Prepare commercial offers and participate in contract negotiations.
• Develop existing accounts and proactively prospect new clients.
• Coordinate with operations, logistics, finance and technical teams.
• Monitor shipments and support quality verification processes.
