Elemental Holding is seeking a Business Development Specialist (Italian speaking) to drive international opportunities in recycling and related sectors. You will build and nurture client relationships across Europe, lead sales negotiations, and develop accounts while coordinating with operations, logistics, and finance.

The role offers remote work, high autonomy, an uncapped commission structure, and exposure to global markets within a Poland-founded international group.

Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant field.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Experience in sales or business development.
• Experience in recycling/metals trading desirable.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsabilités

• Identify and develop new international business opportunities in recycling and related sectors.
• Acquire and maintain relationships with European customers and partners.
• Lead meetings, prepare offers, and participate in negotiations.
• Develop existing accounts and prospect new clients.
• Analyze customer needs to propose commercially and technically viable solutions.
• Coordinate with operations, logistics, finance, and technical teams.
• Monitor shipments and support quality verification processes.
• Oversee transactions from commercial and contractual perspectives.
• Represent the company at customer visits, events, and international trips.
• Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities.
