Qualifications

• Fluent in German (C1) and English (B2) as required.
• Experience in customer service, technical support, helpdesk, or troubleshooting.
• Strong technical aptitude and interest in consumer electronics or related devices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple inquiries.
• Readiness to work from an office in Katowice.

Responsibilities
