The role offers a hybrid work model (2 days from home, 3 days in the office after nesting) and a clear path for growth. Fluency in German (C1) and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• German language at C1 level required.
• Customer-oriented attitude is essential.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills are required.
• Proficiency in MS Office package.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and emails.
• Analyse and resolve customer queries.
• Provide information on administrative and technical requests (products, invoices, etc.).
• Make changes in the system.
• Escalate issues to other departments.
• Suggest relevant add-ons and upgraded options.
