Job summary

PPG is seeking a Senior Customer Service Specialist (German-speaking) in Wrocław to act as the first point of contact for German-speaking customers. You will handle inquiries, process orders, and ensure a smooth customer experience in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Secondary education or higher and/or 2+ years of relevant experience (in Order Management or Customer Service).
• Fluency in German and English.
• Familiarity with MS Office environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone and email.
• Use shared mailbox for business communication and categorize/archiving per guidelines.
• Process orders timely and respond to customer requirements.
• Monitor orders using ERP and coordinate with stakeholders and customers.
• Ensure export compliance checks when creating delivery addresses or new partners.
• Take action to resolve inquiries and complaints following authority delegation.
