Job summary

Capita Poland is seeking a Customer Service Agent with German to support clients through calls and emails from Opole. You’ll handle queries, make system updates, and guide customers on products and invoices in a multinational environment.

The role offers a hybrid work model after nesting, with shifts Mon–Sun 8:00–24:00, and a chance to grow your skills while benefiting from a diverse, inclusive team and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• German at min. C1 level.
• Customer oriented attitude.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office package.
• Willingness to work on shifts (Mon–Sun 8:00–24:00) in a hybrid model (2 days from home, 3 days from the office after nesting period).

Responsibilities

• Supporting customer through different channels (inbound calls and messages).
• Analysing and solving customer’s queries.
• Sharing information on administrative and technical requests (products, invoices, etc.).
• Making changes to the system.
• Forwarding faults or calls to other departments.
• Offer relevant add-ons and upgraded options that enhance the customer experience and meet evolving needs.
