Job summary

DCG Poland seeks a Conversational AI Consultant/Developer with German in Warsaw to automate business processes using CAI platforms and to design conversations and prompts. You will develop solutions, including API calls and NLP training, and perform testing while collaborating with clients and business owners.

Requirements include strong CAI platform knowledge, analysis and design experience, and German at least B2, with good English and Polish. Hybrid or on-site work in Warsaw is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with CAI platforms (Kore.ai, Copilot Studio, Dialogflow, Parloa, Cognigy, Zowie)
• Experience in business requirements analysis and process design
• Experience with conversational/voice AI or chatbot tech including Cognigy, ElevenLabs, or Zowie
• Excellent communication and escalation skills
• Good command of English and Polish; German at least B2
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset

Responsibilities

• Automate business processes using CAI platforms with both rule-based and LLM approaches
• Conduct business analysis for CAI use cases
• Design processes and conversations using diagrams or prompts
• Develop solutions including API configuration and NLP training
• Perform functional and NLP testing
• Collaborate with business owners and clients to gather requirements
