Job summary

PwC Poland’s DIPA team is hiring a Conversational AI Engineer to design, develop and deploy AI chat/voicebot solutions using GenAI platforms. You will build prompt-based assistants, integrate with enterprise systems via REST APIs, and translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.

Strong English and Polish, plus hands-on LLM experience, are essential. You will work in a hybrid model with client-facing responsibilities, collaborating with analysts, architects and developers to

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience implementing conversational AI solutions based on LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Experience delivering production chatbot or voicebot implementations (commercial projects beyond PoCs or prototypes).
• Experience integrating conversational AI solutions with enterprise apps.
• Ability to translate business requirements into working conversational AI solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Very good command of English and Polish.
• Proactive, ownership-driven attitude and willingness to work directly with clients.

Responsibilities

• Configure, test and optimize chatbot and voicebot behaviour before and after production deployment.
• Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve deployed AI solutions.
• Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, developers and client stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.

PwC Poland’s DIPA (Digital Intelligent Proces Automatization) team employs more than 50 people. We support all aspects of the intelligent automation lifecycle for external clients, both in Poland and all worldwide. Our Team specializes in implementing RPA, AI and CAI solutions -- chat and voicebots.

Your future role:

• Design, develop and deploy conversational AI solutions using modern GenAI platforms such as Parloa, Cognigy, Zowie or similar,
• Build prompt-based AI assistants and conversational experiences powered by Large Language Models (LLMs),
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems through REST APIs and other backend services,
• Translate business requirements into scalable, production ready conversational AI solutions,
• Configure, test and optimize chatbot and voicebot behaviour before and after production deployment,
• Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve deployed AI solutions,
• Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, developers and client stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Nice to have:

• Experience with other conversational AI platforms such as Kore.ai, Google Dialogflow, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Contact Center AI or similar,
• Experience with intent‑based/ rule‑based conversational platforms,
• Knowledge of voice technologies, including ASR, TTS and telephony integrations,
• Understanding of NLP/NLU concepts and conversational design principles,
• German language skills (strong advantage).
