Job summary

DCG Poland seeks a Conversational AI Consultant/Developer with German in Warsaw to automate business processes using CAI platforms and to design conversations and prompts. You will develop solutions, including API calls and NLP training, and perform testing while collaborating with clients and business owners.

Requirements include strong CAI platform knowledge, analysis and design experience, and German at least B2, with good English and Polish. Hybrid or on-site work in Warsaw is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with CAI platforms (Kore.ai, Copilot Studio, Dialogflow, Parloa, Cognigy, Zowie)
• Experience in business requirements analysis and process design
• Experience with conversational/voice AI or chatbot tech including Cognigy, ElevenLabs, or Zowie

• Good command of English and Polish; German at least B2

Conversational AI Consultant/Developer with German

Responsibilities:

• Automate various business processes using CAI platforms (Kore.ai, Copilot Studio, Dialogflow, Parloa, Cognigy) utilizing both deterministic rule-based and probabilistic LLM-based approaches
• Conduct business analysis for use cases selected for CAI automation
• Design processes and conversations using diagrams or prompt strategies
• Develop solutions, including API call configuration, NLP training, and TTS enhancements
• Perform testing, including functional and NLP testing
• Collaborate closely with business owners and clients to gather comprehensive business and technical requirements

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of at least one major CAI platform (Kore.ai, Copilot Studio, Dialogflow, Parloa, Cognigy, Zowie)
• Experience in business requirements analysis and process design
• Experience working with conversational AI, voice AI, or chatbot technologies, including platforms such as Cognigy, ElevenLabs, or Zowie
• Proper communication and escalation skills
• Good command of English and Polish languages
• German language proficiency at a minimum B2 level
• Enthusiastic, proactive attitude and strong ownership mindset

Nice to have:

• Experience with advanced prompt engineering and LLM orchestration
• Familiarity with TTS and voice AI solutions
• Knowledge of integrations via REST APIs and webhook-based architectures
