Qualifications

Tasks

• AI Agent Development - Build, configure, and optimize conversational AI agents using suitable platforms and technologies for customer service automation.
• Prompt & Workflow Engineering - Develop and continuously improve AI prompts, conversation flows, workflows, and interaction logic to deliver reliable customer experiences.
• Backend Integration - Connect AI solutions with backend services and APIs, ensuring reliable data exchange and integration with supporting enterprise systems.
• Intent & Routing Optimization - Configure and improve intent recognition, customer routing, and conversational logic to ensure requests are directed to the appropriate processes or services.
• Customer Service Automation - Automate customer-service activities such as creating service or repair orders, retrieving customer information, and supporting self-service processes.
• Global Solution Rollout - Support solution preparation, testing, optimization, and deployment activities required for scaling conversational AI capabilities across multiple markets.
• Stakeholder Collaboration - Work closely with technical and business stakeholders to understand requirements, resolve integration challenges, and continuously improve the AI solution.

Must-Have Skills

• AI Development Experience - Professional experience in AI development, Prompt Engineering, Conversational AI, Voice AI, or a comparable technical AI role.
• Conversational AI Expertise - Strong understanding of AI-driven customer-service solutions, conversational workflows, intent recognition, and automated customer interactions.
• API Integration Skills - Proven experience working with APIs and backend integrations, with the ability to connect AI solutions to external and enterprise services.
• Cloud Platform Experience - Hands-on experience with AWS or another major cloud platform used to develop, integrate, or operate AI solutions.
