Job summary

PwC Polska’s DIPA (Digital Intelligent Process Automization) team is seeking a Conversational AI Developer (GenAI) to design, implement and deploy enterprise-grade conversational AI solutions. You will work on production chatbot and voicebot implementations, integrating AI assistants with enterprise systems to transform client services and processes.

The role emphasizes prompt-based AI with opportunities to work on traditional intent-based solutions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience implementing conversational AI with LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Experience delivering production chatbot or voicebot implementations beyond PoCs.
• Experience integrating conversational AI with enterprise applications.
• Ability to translate business requirements into working conversational AI solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy conversational AI solutions using GenAI platforms (Parloa, Cognigy, Zowie).
• Build prompt-based AI assistants and conversational experiences powered by LLMs.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems through REST APIs and backend services.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, production-ready conversational AI solutions.
• Configure, test and optimize chatbot and voicebot behavior before and after deployment.
• Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve deployed AI solutions.
• Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, developers and client stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.

We support all aspects of the intelligent automation lifecycle for external clients, both in Poland and all worldwide. Our Team specializes in implementing RPA, AI and CAI solutions -- chat and voicebots.

We are looking for:

Conversational AI Developer (GenAI)

As a Conversational AI Developer you will design, implement and deploy enterprise grade conversational AI solutions based on modern LLM technologies. You will work on production chatbot and voicebot implementations, integrating AI assistants with enterprise systems and helping clients transform their customer service and business processes.

This role focuses primarily on prompt-based conversational AI with opportunities to work on some traditional intent based solutions where required.

Your future role:

• Design, develop and deploy conversational AI solutions using modern GenAI platforms such as Parloa, Cognigy, Zowie or similar,
• Build prompt-based AI assistants and conversational experiences powered by Large Language Models (LLMs),
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems through REST APIs and other backend services,
• Translate business requirements into scalable, production ready conversational AI solutions,
• Configure, test and optimize chatbot and voicebot behaviour before and after production deployment,
• Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve deployed AI solutions,
• Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, developers and client stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Apply if you have:

• Hands-on experience implementing conversational AI solutions based on LLMs and prompt engineering,
• Experience delivering production chatbot or voicebot implementations (commercial projects beyond PoCs or prototypes),
• Experience integrating conversational AI solutions with enterprise applications,
• Ability to translate business requirements into working conversational AI solutions,
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills,
• Very good command of English and Polish,
• Proactive, ownership-driven attitude and willingness to work directly with clients.

Nice to have:

• Experience with other conversational AI platforms such as Kore.ai, Google Dialogflow, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Contact Center AI or similar,
• Experience with intent-based/ rule-based conversational platforms,
• Knowledge of voice technologies, including ASR, TTS and telephony integrations,
• Understanding of NLP/NLU concepts and conversational design principles,
• German language skills (strong advantage).
