You will design prompts, optimize workflows, and collaborate with stakeholders to roll out AI solutions across markets, aiming for reliable, high-value customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in AI development, Prompt Engineering, or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of conversational AI and customer-service automation.
• Experience connecting AI with APIs and backend services.
• Hands-on work with AWS or another major cloud platform.
• Solid software engineering or technical background.
• Ability to translate business needs into AI requirements.
• Experience delivering production-ready AI solutions.
