Job summary

Diverse CG Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. Warsaw invites a Conversational AI Consultant/Developer to automate business processes using CAI platforms and to design conversations with prompt strategies. You will work closely with clients to gather detailed requirements and translate them into scalable AI solutions.

The role requires German at least B2, plus strong English and Polish communication, and a proactive ownership mindset, with experience in CAD/CAI platforms and REST API integrations.

Qualifications

• Experience with CAI platforms and design of conversations.
• Experience in business requirements analysis and process design.
• Fluent English and Polish; German at least B2.

Responsibilities

• Automate business processes using CAI platforms.
• Conduct business analysis for CAI use cases.
• Design processes and conversations using diagrams or prompts.
• Develop solutions including API calls, NLP training, and TTS enhancements.
• Perform testing (functional and NLP).
• Collaborate with owners and clients to gather requirements.
