Arbex, a leading tissue and hygiene innovator, seeks a Customer Service & Order Management Advanced Specialist (French Speaker) to own end-to-end order-to-delivery with Western European customers. • Fluent English and French with excellent communication skills.

• Master’s degree (completed or in progress).

Responsibilities

• Manage full order-to-delivery for assigned customers using SAP R/3.
• Serve as primary contact for customers and resolve delivery issues promptly.
• Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Deployment, and Finance for order execution.
• Identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities and promote new products.
• Handle customer claims and disputes with proper documentation.
• Maintain accurate order data and support process improvements.
