Honeywell Technologies in Katowice invites a Senior Customer Experience Specialist with French to join our growing CX team. In this role you will manage orders from a multinational client base, coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics and Finance to ensure exceptional service.

You will use SAP or other ERP systems, maintain accurate records, resolve inquiries and drive process improvements. Fluent English and French are required, with a customer‑focused mindset and strong stakeholder

Formación

• Fluent English and French (written and spoken).
• Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Order Management, or Order-to-Cash processes.
• Experience working with SAP order management or another ERP system.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple functions, including Sales, Risk, Finance, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
• Process and manage customer orders using SAP or other ERP systems.
• Monitor order fulfillment and proactively resolve issues that may impact delivery.
• Provide customers with updates regarding order status, product availability, and delivery schedules.
• Handle customer inquiries, claims, returns, and invoice-related issues.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Risk Management, and other internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Manage order backlog and support revenue maximization activities.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records in company systems.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to operational excellence initiatives.
