Job summary

Arche Consulting seeks an international customer operations specialist to manage a B2B client portfolio. You will oversee the end-to-end order cycle in SAP, coordinate with regional logistics hubs, and support credit checks and payment terms.

Fluency in German and English is required, with French as a plus. You will interface with technical teams on inquiries, prepare quotations, and ensure data quality across master files.

Qualifications

• Completed degree or formal vocational education in business administration, international trade, or a related commercial discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in customer service, inside sales, order execution, or B2B customer operations within an international environment.
• Solid understanding of international trade mechanisms (INCOTERMS, cross-border payment structures, export documentation).
• Fluency in German (C1) and English (B2/C1); French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage systematic relationship management, administrative care, and data maintenance for the designated customer portfolio.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to review inquiries and technical requirements.
• Prepare, calculate, issue, and follow up on sales quotations.
• Validate incoming purchase orders against agreements, pricing, capacity and lead times.
• Oversee end-to-end order processing in SAP and verify plant order confirmations.
• Plan and optimize dispatch schedules with regional logistics hubs and distribution centers.
• Monitor client order volumes against production outputs and reconcile inventories.
• Coordinate dedicated inventory allocations and client buffer stocks.
• Track delivery status through invoicing and document release to ensure timely payments.
• Collaborate cross-border with European manufacturing facilities, logistics hubs, and sales offices.
• Support customer credit limit reviews and payment term validation.
