Job summary

Agfa in Warsaw seeks a Customer Operations specialist to handle orders for Consumables, responding to customer inquiries about availability, deliveries, and returns, and coordinating with Accounts, Sales, and HQ Supply Chain.

You will monitor orders, ensure timely fulfillment, keep customers informed, and resolve issues with a proactive, service-oriented approach within a multinational team.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French and good command of English.
• Experience in Customer Service, Order Management, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, international environment.
• Strong organizational, planning, and execution skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and monitor customer orders and requests.
• Coordinate order fulfillment and delivery activities, keeping customers informed throughout the process.
• Manage customer inquiries related to product availability, deliveries, forecasts, invoicing, and returns.
• Monitor supply issues, coordinate internally with relevant stakeholders, and proactively communicate updates to customers.
• Arrange and coordinate urgent transportation when required.
• Promote and support the use of the AGFA Graphics Online Sales Tool.
• Collaborate closely with local teams, country organizations, and headquarters.
• Register, investigate, and follow up on customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
