Job summary

PPG in Wroclaw is seeking a Senior Customer Service Specialist (French-speaking) to be the first contact for our French-speaking customers. You will handle inquiries by phone and email, process orders, and ensure timely delivery while complying with export and company guidelines.

This hybrid role combines in-office collaboration with flexible Fridays. You will use ERP tools, MS Office, and shared mailboxes, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to KPI discussions in daily huddles

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Order Management or Customer Service.
• Fluency in French and English.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Conscientious and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers by phone and email.
• Use shared mailbox system and archive messages per guidelines.
• Process orders timely across segments, countries and shipping locations.
• Monitor orders via ERP and coordinate with stakeholders and customers.
• Ensure export checks when creating delivery addresses or new partners.
• Address inquiries and complaints, following delegation of authority.
• Build sustainable relationships through open and interactive communication.
• Follow PPG guidelines and policies and maintain a professional attitude.
• Prepare input for daily team huddle with priorities and hurdles.
• Provide KPI feedback during weekly or monthly meetings.
